Intelligent Source of Wealth analysis

How Olimey supports your team.

Olimey does the analysis. Your team makes the decision.

Questions asked in the client journey.

Olimey asks clients for their information, bank statements and ID documents. When the client supplies a giftor’s details, Olimey invites the giftor directly, gathers their documents and prepares the gift letter. Paid ID verification remains a separate optional service.

The analysis done. Your team in control.

AI asks clients and giftors questions through the portal, then analyses their replies alongside the bank statements and supporting documents. Your team receives findings, outstanding enquiries and suggested next steps, and retains the decision. Follow-up questions and analysis of replies for the same person on the same matter carry no further analysis charge.

One shared process across your firm.

A consistent approach to gathering evidence, reviewing findings and recording decisions, with room for your conveyancers’ case-specific judgement.

Questions, decisions and records.

Who asks the questions: Olimey or my team?

Olimey’s intelligent process asks follow-up questions during the client portal journey. Separately, its analysis proposes further enquiries for your team to review. Your team can add, amend or remove these enquiries; a reason is required when removing one.

Your team reviews the evidence and report, applies its judgement and signs off. Olimey supports that work; it does not replace your firm’s AML responsibilities.

What happens if we change or remove an enquiry?

Removing an enquiry retains its original text, the person responsible, the timestamp and the reason for removal. Amendments remain traceable in the exported record.

This records the questions considered and the changes made, to support supervision and regulatory review. It is not a guarantee of compliance. View retention details.

How long are audit records retained?

Audit records are retained for six years from when the Source of Wealth analysis is completed. This is Olimey’s storage schedule, not a guarantee that your firm’s statutory retention duties have been met. Your firm remains responsible for its retention decisions.
