Cookie Policy

We only use cookies that the website and platform need to work, and two that remember layout choices you make. We do not use analytics, advertising or session recording.

1. About cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in the same way. This policy covers this website (olimey.ai) and the Olimey platform, including the client portal that clients of our customer firms use (app.olimey.ai).

2. Your choices

Every cookie we use is either needed for the service to work or remembers a layout choice you made. We do not use optional cookies, such as analytics or advertising, so there is no cookie banner to accept or reject.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you may need to sign in again, and parts of the platform may not work.

If we ever want to use optional cookies, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before they are used.

3. Cookies on this website

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is used by Olimey staff who edit the site.

4. Cookies on the Olimey platform

4.1 Essential

These keep you signed in and keep the platform secure. They cannot be switched off.

4.3 Analytics and session recording

We do not use analytics cookies or session recording on the platform or the client portal. Nothing records your screen, what you type or the documents you upload.

5. Other browser storage

The platform also uses your browser’s own storage, which is not shared with third parties:

Whether you have seen a guided tour of the platform, so it is not shown again.
Your progress on the client journey, so it is not lost if you refresh the page. It is cleared when you submit.
The state of a bank connection while it is being set up, and the way back to your journey afterwards.
